So I know this is like 100% online total annonymity but I had to share : ) Kristin! I am only 4 weeks in and LOOK! Holy Crap! You are changing my life girl and I am amazed!  Figures wise here is the numbers- Starting weight 143.9. Now 129.6. Starting body fat 29.99% yep .99 not 30. Okay maybe it was 30. I have Never counted calories before but not until I kept a food journal a week ago and saw how my portion size was way out of whack.As you advised us, I had everything written down with all the calories and macro nutrients with the help of food scales. Really didn't know I was eating that much!!!! So glad to finally realize my problem but I have one problem. I am going to try to do your preparing meal trick you shared but I was wondering how to store cooked chickens. For example I tried to boil chicken because I live in a small dorm with no oven. I want to keep the healthy eating habits and lifestyle. Are there any alternative ways to cook and store chicken without getting them rotten?? Thank you so much for your advices.  ~ From Tokyo
