Egg Whites / Breakfast Ideas

Hi Fitness Friends, I wanted to share with you two of my favorite recipes using 100% pure liquid egg whites from Egg Whites International. This is such a quick and convenient way to get your protein & it's the most natural source of protein for your body to digest & utilize. Hope you like them!

1. Desired amount of Egg Whites
2.1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
3.1/4 cup of desired fruit (blueberries used in this recipe)
4.1/2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
5.1 Tsp of Cinnamon
6. 1 Packet of Stevia
7.1TBS of Healthy Fat of Choice (coconut oil used in this
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Coat a pan with non-stick cooking spray
Pour ingredients into pan as if you are making a pancake
(I do one at a time)
You can also use some Olivio (zero calorie, zero fat, zero
carb spray butter)
Top with a dash of cinnamon & TBS of either honey, agave
nectar or pure maple syrup.

2. 1 Whole Egg
3. 1 or 2 Slices of Ezekiel Bread
4. 1 Packet of Stevia
5. 1 Tsp. of Cinnamon
6. 1/2 Tsp. of Vanilla Extract
7. 1/4 Cup of Desired Fruit or 1/2 Grapefruit
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for fruit
Soak Ezekiel Bread in Mixture
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray
Place Ezekiel slices in pan and brown each side
Place fruit on top & sprinkle with cinnamon
Optional: 1TBS of Honey, Agave Nectar or Pure Maple Syrup
Optional: Spray with Olivio (zero fat, zero calorie, zero carb butter spray)
