Another staple of a figure and bikini gal's diet. Brown rice can be a little tricky if not done just right. But with this recipe it's fool proof.

1 cup long grain brown rice
2 cups water

(1) Pour rice into 2 quart pan
(2) Pour in water. DO NOT STIR!
(3) Bring to boil.
(4) Cover. Simmer for 40 minutes. DO NOT STIR EVER.

Perfection.
