Super Simple Baked Chicken

This baked chicken is so easy it's embarrassing.
Needed:
-Boneless, skinless, chicken breast (fresh or frozen - be careful with frozen though - look at the ingredients as they often have extra sodium and other preservatives)
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Aluminum foil
-Cookie sheet
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil
-Coat with thin layer of extra virgin olive oil
-Spread chicken and rub with extra virgin olive oil
-Bake for 25 minutes for fresh, 45 for frozen
If you would like some extra flavoring that doesn't hurt your clean eating diet, add some canned stewed tomatoes (shown) or chicken broth.
