Those last few weeks of competition prep can have your taste buds craving some flavor. Carry this bottle with you for an added umphf when you need.

Your cutting carbs, salt, and all sugars. Your food is bound to be a bit bland. You need FLAVOR!

On the quest to find some added flavor for my chicken and sweet potatoes, I now have a new best food friend - hot sauce.

Packed with jalapenos, chiles, and onions, this flavorful addition can be added to any meal to make it pop.

Extra tip - watch out for hot sauces with excess tomato paste. Tomato paste adds unwanted sugar carbs.

I bought it at Winco in Boise, Idaho. Look at the Mexican food section of your grocery store and check out the hot sauces. Just try to find the one with the lowest sugar per serving and you'll be good to go. :)
