Preparing meals like this, whether for the entire week or a couple of times during the week, has been the way I stick to my diet no matter what's going on in my life or where I am.

Preparing meals like this gives busy women "fast food" options.

What I mean by that is that we're all super busy.

And if we don't have something healthy readily available we're likely to reach for something not very healthy. Something that won't promote our weight loss journey.
