How to Stick with Your Diet and Exercise Plan

Motivation is key to success when it comes to fat loss and a fit body. If you're not motivated to make the changes to your lifestyle that you need to make, it simply won't happen.

I would like to know; do you beleive in a cheat meal? and if so, what is considred your meal of choice when cheating?

Tammy great question! Personally I think cheat meals are dangerous, especially for individuals that struggle with sugar cravings. It can send a lot of women on binges.

I also find that if I set a food treat for say the end of six weeks then I start counting the days until I get it and then it seems too long and I cheat early. Then I give up. Kristin, you are right about not thinking about it as a temporary thing but rather a lifestyle which I will learn to love more than the garbage I have been eating.

It's such a tough pattern to break... rewarding ourselves with junk food. It's ingrained in our culture. But it's such a liberating feeling to finally break that pattern and make the desired associations with clean eating and junk food. That's power! :)
