Well delivered to address questions concerns and fears. I have a frog body type and after lifting weights with a slow progression I can honestly say Ive reduced the 3 rolls of back fat to a 1/2 roll, tightened toned my hips and inner thighs. A dramatic difference that presents itself months after I began. So, Ladies, be paitient and stick with YOUR Weight program, you will see results. This FF Video says it all.. Just do it !!!!
