Throughout the years I've heard so much about Shirataki Noodles. Everything from these things being the miracle food of the century, to them being the most horribly smelling and tasting food on the planet. So I thought it was time to find out for myself!

In this episode of The Naked Truth, What a Fit Lifestyle is REALLY like, we cook up a batch of Shirataki Miracle Noodles and give it a go.

Check out the video to see what happens!

And I would love to hear your experiences with Shirataki Noodles. Be sure to leave comments below and share with others.

With love,

Kristin

I am completely addicted to "nooodle"

www.nooodle.com

They're all natural.... They have no calories, no fat, no net carbs, no soy, and no gluten.

Ingredients: water, yam flour, lime

After a quick rinse, they're fantastic with practically any seasoning, sauce, type of protein etc. I eat them when I am not dieting (I avoid them when I am dieting for a show). They're a great "night time" replacement since I stay away from carbs in my last two meals off season.

I actually tried the Noodles made with Yam flour today Sarah! Those actually weren't too bad.

I stir fried it with my chicken and almonds and a dash of low sodium soy sauce. Much better than the other noodles in my opinion.

They aren't carb and calorie free though. 5g of carbs per package. Not bad for a filler.

I'll probably add them in to my meals every now and then for a little variety. :)
