I always knew I would be more hungry when I would have some sleepless nights. And I always knew I would eat more and have zero energy for my workouts. I just didn't know the science behind it until a few years ago.

AH-HA! I have been having so much trouble sleeping the past couple of weeks! I bet it's too warm in our house. We keep it warmer in case our daughter kicks of her blankies, we don't want her to get cold. I'm going to reduce the temp a few degrees and see how I do. Thanks Kristin!!!!
