Awesome video!! Motivating as always, and so true :D

I have been using competition as my goal, and it's working. My very first competition is in March. This has been an amazing journey and I also plan to compete twice a year.

My resolutions? Make sure to keep drinking water while I'm out and about EVEN when it means I'll be using a lot of public toilets, haha! UGH! The second one... have a backup plan for the times I won't be able to refrigerate my meal or get to a microwave! I need to get a little soft cooler with an ice pack to keep my food cool. Maybe slice up some turkey or chicken breasts to eat with some spinach and a slice of ezekiel bread, and some raw veggies on the side. YUM!

Great video! Some of the things you mentioned (about cutting calories on days where you don't workout) was something that I was doing, but didn't know that I should. OR, if my day starts later (like today-meaning first meal started later b/c I got a later start plus didn't get my workout in). Lots of great points to keep on track. :-). Thx as always.
