We all want results yesterday.
We want the quickest results in the shortest period of time.
And there's nothing inherently wrong with that. But beware of programs that play on our desire for instantaneous gratification (see: Are Cheat Meals Okay?).

Love it! I know so many gals who hop onto these trendy programs.. I won't specify their names; you know them already... and surprise, surprise, they give up within a couple weeks. Very instructive advice here.
