The Starvation Diet


Dieting but can't lose weight? Feel you're eating like a bird but the pounds still aren't coming off?
Or maybe you spend hours and hours on the treadmill, eat clean, and the scale won't budge.
I certainly have been there.
It's frustrating. Defeating. And made me just want to give up.
Many of us are on these Ultra Low Calorie Diets that strip off initial pounds really fast, but then we get stuck.

This video actually made me cry. I just came off my 2nd competition this weekend and I am now trying to stay away from goodies and "reverse diet" but I know my metabolism has slowed and now all I want is for it to be able to maintain weight at a much higher count BMR
