I eat well and exercise why can't I lose weight

Every day I hear from amazing women all over the world who write in to me asking for advice about getting into the best shape of their life. And over the years I've noticed a pattern with these emails, the very same pattern that had me stuck in the thought process that I would never be able to lose weight.

If you're reading this article then you, just like millions of other women around the world, are looking to lose weight and get into amazing shape.

Likely, if you truly are like most of those women, you've tried many different diets and ultimately not gotten the results you wanted.

I've been there so I can relate.

We get frustrated after a short while on a new plan because we're not seeing the results we expected.

And we quit.

Then we move on to the next plan and repeat it all over again.

But is it possible there is something deeper going on here?

There certainly was with me...

First of all, thank you for all of your posts and videos. I've attempted for four years or so to achieve MY best body and have had fairly good results. However, the amount of food that I have to eat to feel satisfied (unlimited non-starchy veggies) is time consuming (so...much...chewing!)and flatulent. So, for time sake I'll grab a Quest bar or increase my lean meat. These also make me bloated and gassy. This has derailed me several times. Do you have any recommendations? Also, I use the meal planner.
