LIIT Fun Dance Cardio Workout- Pleasure #1

Cardio workouts don't have to be high intensity to work and I'm living proof. I've been practicing LIIT, or Low Intensity Interval Training for many years now and have seen incredible success. Now you can too!
This LIIT dance cardio workout is the first of a 4 part series inspired by Janet Jackson's Pleasure Principle music video.
It's simple.
It's easy.
It's fun.
And most of all it's effective!
You learn the moves.
