So much information about diet and exercise... it is quite literally overwhelming! One day you hear you should drink milk for healthy bones. The next you hear milk is bad for you. What's the truth? This week we explore 10 common diet and exercise beliefs.

Cardio on an empty stomach?

How about fruit? Should you eat it?

Is a low carbohydrate diet ideal for weight loss?

If you Google any of these questions you're bound to get a billion and a half websites that all claim to have the truth.

But I'm a huge proponent of sifting through all that and using science-based information to find what's factual.
