Competition Diet Protein Pancakes - Kristin Shaffer

Whoever said competition meals have to be boring and bland certainly didn't hang out at my house! ? While these almond pancakes are not the prettiest in the world, they are amazingly delicious.

Read on for the full recipe and watch how to make it in the video.

(Please note I mention in the video 25g of rolled oats when I meant to say 35g.)

For those of you using the meal planning tool that comes with the Bikini Competition Prep Program, plug in these ingredients to come up with the weights that are right for you. Use the rolled oats and egg whites for your breakfast and almonds from your second meal.

For those of you who currently don't have access to that meal planning tool, you can use these measurements:

- 6 egg whites

- 35g rolled oats

- 20g pure almond butter

- 1-2 droppers of Sweetleaf Sweetdrops liquid stevia

- ground cinnamon to taste

Directions:

--Preheat a skillet on medium-low heat.
--Mix the egg whites with the oatmeal.
--Add about a dropper or two-full of the liquid Stevia, English Toffee Flavor and mix well.
--Pour the mixture into the skillet and brown one side.
--Flip the pancake over until the other side is also brown.
--Transfer to plate.
--Heat almond butter in microwave for 25-30 seconds. --Spread on pancake.
--Add ground cinnamon to taste.

Try it out and let me know what you think in the comments below. I can't wait to hear from you!

With love,

Kristin
