Delicious cauliflower recipe, and bikini competition diet approved!

When we're trying to strip those fat pounds off in order to present our best version of ourselves for the bikini competition stage, we all know it?s important to consume vegetables, and plenty of the fibrous type.

Unfortunately it's the fibrous vegetables that most of us don't enjoy!

I certainly was one of those people, especially when it came to cauliflower, until now.

This mashed cauliflower recipe is absolutely amazing.

I don't know if it's the process of mashing it that brings out a different flavor or if it's the seasonings. Personally I think it's the combination of both.

But whatever it is, it results in AMAZING.

Try it out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

-Fresh or frozen cauliflower (i use one bag of frozen cauliflower)
-Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
-Salt

Just place defrosted cauliflower in a food processor and blend until the consistency is like rice or mashed potatoes.

Once blended, add seasonings to taste.

Then heat in the microwave.
