-Where do you find the time in your busy schedule to eat clean year round?

-Why don?t you wash your poultry before cooking it?

-Do you spice your foods?

-Why do you choose almonds for your fat source rather than avocado?

-Do you cook your frozen vegetables?

-Is it okay to use salt or other condiments on chicken?

-I heard I can eat all the veggies I want. Is that true?

-Any tips on how to get muscle definition? I?m on a calorie deficit and weight all my meals but have yet to see the muscle definition I want. Should I do more exercise reps?
