If there was a wish amongst one of us on this site, it would be to eat amazing food without suffering the Well, what if you could eat amazing food and keep your waistline???? It can be done ladies...and I have some suggestions that can help :)

I absolutely LOVE to, its been some what of a hobbie...almost an obsession, of turning my favorite "dirty" foods into something that would be beneficial to my health...and my waistline. I have listed below the recipes of my favorite CCE's ("Clean Cheat Eats": Foods that you know are good for you, but feel naughty eating!)

*Dirty Treat: Reeses
CCE: Whole Wheat Dark Chocolate Melt

Dark Chocolate bar (the darker the better)
Adams Natural Peanut Butter
100% Whole Wheat English Muffin

1. Cut English muffin in half and toast.
2. Spread peanut butter on muffins AS SOON AS they
pop out the toaster.
3. Put chocolate halves on the muffins and pop in the
microwave for 5-10 seconds.
4. Enjoy!!!

* Dirty treat: Pancakes w/ Syrup
CCE: Oatmeal Pancakes w/ Blueberry and Almond Syrup

40g Oatmeal Flour
3 egg whites Almond Milk (for consistency)
1 tsp Baking Powder
Spray Pam (butter flavor)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
2 packets Truvia
1/4 cup Agave Nectar or Sugar-Free Syrup
1 oz Crushed Almonds 2 oz Blueberries

1. Mix your Oat Flour ( To make your own oat flour,
take some old fashioned oats and blend to a flour
consistancy in your blender or food processor),
baking powder, Truva, & cinnamon in a small mixing
2. Add egg whites and vanilla to your dry mixture.
3. Slowly add your desired amount of milk (less for
thicker pancakes and more for thinner pancakes)
4. Cook on griddle on medium heat. Make sure you flip
when you see the edges bubble.
5. When finished, spray pancakes with Pam.

1. In a microwave safe measuring cup, add nectar/
syrup, almonds, and blueberries.
2. Microwave on high heat for about a minute or
until the blueberries start to bubble.
3. Mix well and pour over pancakes.
4. Enjoy!!!!

* Dirty Treat: Chicken Tenders
CCE: "Love Me Tenders" --Took recipe from Clean
Eating Magazine..just changed somethings)

Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
1 cup Total (cereal)
1 oz Almonds 1 oz Walnuts or Pecans
1/2 cup Old-fashioned oats
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp Majorum
Salt and Pepper

1. Using a mortar and pestle (or food processor),
grind the cereal, nuts, and seasonings. Pour into
a bowl.
2. Dip chicken into egg whites and then dip into
mixture. Shake off excess and place on a cookie
3. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or
until golden brown.
4. Enjoy!!

I hope you guys enjoy the recipes..I have TONS more, but those are my favorite for snacking :) Dont forget to check out Clean Eating Magazines website..they have alot on there as well :)
