Pancake Diet


Yummy pancakes that are NOT loaded with unhealthy carbs
1 small carton of egg whites
2- 2 1/2 cups of oats
2 Tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 of a banana
2-3 packets of sweetner
Cinnamon to your liking
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Grease up frying pan turn heat to medium high and let warm up for about 5 minutes. Pour the batter onto the pan and cook until golden brown.
YUM :) Add some natural peanut butter on top when finished to top it all off!
