Hello All, maybe some of you can help me out. I have been on my meal plan for quite a few weeks and have been just having constant stomach issues. I have been taking align probiotic for over 6 weeks now to see if that would help, and it has a little, but my stomach is still quite irritable. It seems like no matter what I am eating something in my day will mess up my stomach. I have the normal meal plan..oats in the morning with egg whites with a fruit; rice cakes with pb, whey, brown rice, sweet potatoes, greek yogurt, tilapia. I have been using stevia as a sweetener. Does anyone else experience this? I try to drink water, but it seems to just bloat me even more. It's very frustrating because I am working so hard but I am so bloated all the time that I feel like I am not seeing results.

I more recently had stomach ache issues and found they were from my vitamins. I wait about 10 mins to 20 minutes after I eat my meal to take them and it went away. I don't know if that's your problem but thought I'd throw that out there. I get the bloat issue as well. Happens since my carbs are up. But scale wise been ok. Look wise not so much.

stevia in the raw, the powder kind. but it happened with splenda too. I'm going to keep a food diary with times of eating and drinking and then write down when my stomach hurts. Also I'm going to cut down on my sweetner use. Just one in the oatmeal and skip my morning coffee.

Try liquid Stevia. Sweetleaf Sweet Drops. Seriously. That might be the problem. The powders of all those sweeteners upset my tummy/intestines.

Okay I will definitely give it a try. I also read that peanut butter can cause some stomach issues so I am going to put tuna on top of my rice cakes and see if that helps. Also I bought some soy protein. I know its just a trial and error game, I just don't want to feel bloated and icky all of prep.

I have been on my meal plan for 14 weeks very strictly and now that I am 5 weeks out I am getting gas/bloating/pain with the SMALLEST little change in anything! Any suggestions for a digestive enzyme? Not sure how I will return to normal eating at this point when 50 grams of grapes, or a few banana chips, or even one extra cup of coffee is sending me into a relentless spiral of pain and bloat for hours?!

I am using a store bought generic for Align, it has helped quite a bit. I have the worst stomach! But I am like you where just one little tweak off my meal plan can cause me issue. I havent had peanut butter for a few weeks and the other night I had a tablespoon and had cramps and gas ALL through the night. Grapes are high in fiber and often cause me to have issue, may chose another fruit?
