Hello,
I am a 1st time aspiring bikini/figure comp. i have 2 coaches. They are very smart. They themselves have won a lot as well. I live an hr away from them and we communicate mostly via FB messages.
I work out 7 days a week. (2 off days include 30 mins of cardio & 30 mins of ab work outs) These work outs take me a good 2 hrs. I have 30 mins of cardio 5 days(not on leg days).
I am 5'3, i started begining of DEC. 2017 at 136lbs. ive gained muscle mass for sure. But now im at 144.6 I FEEL LIKE CRYING! is this normal? I lost 4lbs and then was sick for 2.5 weeks. continued to train. but couldn't eat as much.
MY sample meal plan is...
1.5 scoops protein powder
2tbps pb

2 eggs, 7 egg whites
(carbs. 4 days a week, 75g of oatmeal)

5oz turkey, 3oz greenbeans
2oz almonds

5oz chicken, 3oz greenbeans
2oz almonds

5oz lean beef, with large salad and red wine vinegar

1st this is a LARGE amount of oatmeal for me and a large amount of food as well. This is my daily. i feel like im not losing FAt like i should be. Also Why would i be gaining weight?- yes muscle but isnt that a lot?-shouldnt i be LOSing not gaining? or is this common? any advice?
